I know I am about 10 days late on this one, but this is my last semester in my Master's program and the work has been overwhelming. Here's a photo I found enjoyable, courtesy of I think Bryan Hoch of MLB.comJust a note to A-Rod: This hat does not make you look the least bit attractive. In fact, it makes you look silly.

Also, here's some news about former closer John Wetteland. When the reports were first published, they stated that Wetteland was depressed and on some sort of suicide watch. Now, according the the AP, it was claimed that Wettleland had an elevated heart rate due to stress and was treated and now currently is at home with his wife. Regardless, hopefully hes doing better and it isn't anything too serious.

The A-Rod hat was silly. Typical A-Rod. He'll claim he doesn't want the attention and then he'll wear a hat like that.
I feel bad for Wettleland. That's a really sad story. I hope he gets the help he needs and gets better.
Hes Arod I dont care what kind of hat he wears. as long as he hits Homeruns he can wear Kate Hudsons Thong on his head and thats fine with me.
That would be an even more attractive sight. Let's hope that hip stays healthy.
someone else would have looked cool with that hat BUT not Gayrod! He looked like a douchebucket!
as much as I am not a Yankee fan, I was saddened to hear that Wetteland had tried to off himself. Now that is not true! But I have struggled with a high pulse rate for the last 4 months and it is an absolute bitch! I can't describe to all of you exactly what it's like BUT it is scary to feel your heart beat so rapidly. I wish the best for JW and hope that some meds like Coreg or something else for his anxiety that can help.
@ Christina, good luck in school and keep your head up!
Bruno- Hope your feeling better. That must not be a great feeling at all.
Thanks also for the well wishes. I will be done soon but it's also a scary thought.
Thanks Christina, I'm getting better so i can't complain. I remember graduate school with a mix of dread and great enjoyment. I'm surprised I was able to assimilate and dissect so much knowledge in a short time
